VISITOR REGISTRATION

For safety and security reasons, Unit Owners allowing Visitor(s) to occupy their unit while the Unit Owner is NOT present must submit a Visitor Registration Form to the Association Office. (Visitors of 30 days of less are considered Temporary occupants)
RENTING YOUR UNIT

Any Unit Owner wishing to rent their Unit must submit a signed Notification of Intent To Rent form (30 days before the estimated occupancy date) to the Association Office and obtain approval to rent the unit.
UNITS MAY NOT BE RENTED UNTIL ALL FORMS ARE COMPLETED AND FINAL APPROVAL IS ISSUED BY THE BOARD.
SELLING YOUR UNIT

Any Unit Owner wishing to sell their Unit in High Point Section 3 must complete a Notification of Intent to Sell Form and submit it to the HOA Office for approval by the Board of Directors before offering the Unit for Sale........
HURRICANE PREPARATION & ASSISTANCE

Owners must be sure to secure their Unit when leaving for the season (June 1- Nov 1) and long periods of time. Hurricane Preparation Assistance is available to residents.
SPECIAL ASSESSMENT PAYMENT

On May 25, 2022, the Board of Directors voted and passed a Special Assessment of $415 per unit to cover an additional $102,907 of insurance costs that exceeded the 2022-2023 budget estimate of $265,176 (Meeting Minutes). PATIO & LANDSCAPE CHANGES

Any change to Patio and Landscape area REQUIRES approval from the Board of Directors before proceeding.

Laundry Rooms

Please do not store anything in the laundry rooms as it a Fire Code violation. Inspections are made randomly by the Fire Dept - Section 3 has been cited (4 times). Anything found in the laundry rooms will be discarded.
Doors must be closed to avoid damage and rodent access; lights off when not in use. Report any washer/dryer malfunction immediately (send a Maintenance Request or call the Office).
Overnight Parking at the Clubhouse

Parking overnight at the Clubhouse Parking Lot is permitted but YOU MUST HAVE PERMISSION. Contact the HOA office. Vehicles that have not been given permission will be towed at the owner's expense.
