High Point Residents Please Remember:   
All patio furniture, plants, grills, etc. must be removed from the exterior of the building when a hurricane warning is issued. These items are to be stored in your unit – NOT in the laundry room. Remove propane tanks from grills before storing indoors. Make sure all awnings and shutters are properly secured.
 
HURRICANE PREPARATION ASSISTANCE is available  at High Point Sec 3 for shutters & furniture removal (fees apply):   Complete an ONLINE REQUEST (Log In Required) or contact the Association office

Request Hurricane Preparation Assistance (High Point)
Assistance is available to High Point Sec 3 Owners to close & open shutters and to store patio furniture & other outside items.**  Charges are:
 
Shutters:
*  2 BRoom- $30 close/$30 open  
*  1 BRoom- $20 close/$20 open
 
Patio Furniture & Other Items:
* Amount Charged will be determined by the quantity of  items.

A $100 Fine Will Be Charged to Owners for furniture & other items left outside when leaving for the season (June-Nov) or extended periods of time.
 
Items removed will be discarded.
