2024-2025 MONTHLY MAINTENANCE

The following are the monthly maintenance fees
 
EFFECTIVE April 1, 2024
 
  • 1 Bedroom Unit - $441/month
  • 2 Bedroom Unit - $497/month

BLUE STREAM REPLACES XFINITY (Cable & Internet)

Blue Stream Fiber will replace Xfinity and provide our community with a new state-of-the-art fiber optic network for TV, Internet and Phone Services.

2024-2025 APPROVED BUDGET & MAINTENANCE INCREASE

The Annual Budget Meeting was held on Wednesday, March 27 to review and discuss the proposed budget and increased maintenance fees.

HOA FORMS - Find It Fast!!

Here are the some of the most requested forms at High Point 3.
 
MAINTENANCE REQUEST
To complete the an online request, a username & password are required.
 
 
If you do not have access to the password protected pages,  download & complete a
 
 Maintenance Form (PDF Form)  and submit it at the box on the pool patio.

The following Links will open a PDF form which you may download and print.  If you are unable to print, please contact the Association Office.
 
PATIO/LANDSCAPING
Any changes must be approved BEFORE proceeding.
 
VOTING/CENSUS
A Voting Certificate must be on file to vote, a Census Form is required for all residents.
 
SELLING/RENTING
Forms must be submitted for approval BEFORE Selling or Renting your condo unit:

Complete to receive notices & community news directly to your email.
 
VISITOR REGISTRATION
Visitors who will stay at your Condo in your absence must complete a:

CITIZEN OBSERVER PATROL (COPS)
 
Resident* Observers needed to patrol the community.  Requires 2 hours per week, Training provided.

The Owner's pages of the website are password protected and contain Official Association Documents & Forms, Financial Information, Meeting Minutes, etc.  

WIND MITIGATION REPORTS & INSURANCE INFORMATION

Wind mitigation inspection reports (Standard form, OIR-B1-1802 (or form 1802) may be viewed or downloaded for all buildings.

The web-based dispatching system, in combination with GPS tracking technology, allows Aaxon's service team to efficiently dispatch all service requests.
 
There are 4 ways to contact the service team.

VISITOR REGISTRATION
For safety and security reasons, Unit Owners allowing Visitor(s) to occupy their unit while the Unit Owner is NOT present must submit a Visitor Registration Form to the Association Office.  (Visitors of 30 days of less are considered Temporary occupants)

RENTING YOUR UNIT
Any Unit Owner wishing to rent their Unit must submit a signed Notification of Intent To Rent form (30 days before the estimated occupancy date) to the Association Office and obtain a Landlord Permit from the City of Delray Beach to begin the rental process.
