ANNUAL MEETING & ELECTION - FIRST NOTICE

The 2025 Annual Meeting & Board Election Notice has been mailed and emailed to all Owners. The notice has also been posted in the Clubhouse and announced on Channel 901.
 
The ANNUAL MEETING & ELECTION will be held at the Clubhouse on
Tuesday, February 11, 2025 at 10am

If you did not receive the mailed or emailed Notice, please contact the Association Office immediately. 
 
Owners who have not signed an Email Authorization Form will receive the notice by mail.
 
If a unit has multiple owners (even married couples) or other entity, a Voting Certificate is required to establish who is authorized to vote.  If a unit is owned by one person only, a certificate is not required.

The High Point Section 3 Community Channel is now available and active to all residents on Bluestream. 
 
Please go to Channel 901 to view all community news, information and announcements.  (Ch 901 was previously Ch 63 on the Xfinity Cable Service).

BLUESTREAM INSTALLATION APPOINTMENT INFO

Just a reminder -
 
If you need to schedule an appointment for installation for Bluestream, please call:

For those returning soon, we encourage you to call 7 days prior to your arrival date.
 
You must provide a Drivers License or State ID number or a Passport number when you register to schedule an appointment.  Please have it available when you are making your appointment.
 
TV and internet service are included as part of your monthly association fee (click here to view a summary of the Service Package for HP3) or review at the website: 
 .  
 
Should you want to add additional services or upgrades, such as faster internet, more channels or home phone service, you may add them at the time of sign up.
 
PLEASE NOTE:  if an upgrade is added at the time of sign up/registration, there is no fee to upgrade.  AFTER INSTALLATION, upgrades may be added for a $99 fee.

HOA FORMS - Find It Fast!!

Here are the some of the most requested forms at High Point 3.
 
MAINTENANCE REQUEST
To complete the an online request, a username & password are required.
 
 
If you do not have access to the password protected pages,  download & complete a
 
 Maintenance Form (PDF Form)  and submit it at the box on the pool patio.

The following Links will open a PDF form which you may download and print.  If you are unable to print, please contact the Association Office.
 
PATIO/LANDSCAPING
Any changes must be approved BEFORE proceeding.
 
VOTING/CENSUS
A Voting Certificate must be on file to vote, a Census Form is required for all residents.
 
SELLING/RENTING
Forms must be submitted for approval BEFORE Selling or Renting your condo unit:

To report service issues, in the fastest way possible, contact the Aaxon Laundry Systems Service Team.
 
The web-based dispatching system, in combination with GPS tracking technology, allows Aaxon's service team to efficiently dispatch all service requests.
 
There are 4 ways to contact the service team.

The following are the monthly maintenance fees

  • 1 Bedroom Unit - $441/month
  • 2 Bedroom Unit - $497/month

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED

CITIZEN OBSERVER PATROL (COPS)
 
Resident* Observers needed to patrol the community.  Requires 2 hours per week, Training provided.

The Annual Budget Meeting was held on Wednesday, March 27 to review and discuss the proposed budget and increased maintenance fees.

VISITOR REGISTRATION
For safety and security reasons, Unit Owners allowing Visitor(s) to occupy their unit while the Unit Owner is NOT present must submit a Visitor Registration Form to the Association Office.  (Visitors of 30 days of less are considered Temporary occupants)

RENTING YOUR UNIT
Any Unit Owner wishing to rent their Unit must submit a signed Notification of Intent To Rent form (30 days before the estimated occupancy date) to the Association Office and obtain approval to rent the unit.
 
UNITS MAY NOT BE RENTED UNTIL ALL FORMS ARE COMPLETED AND FINAL APPROVAL IS ISSUED BY THE BOARD.
