To report service issues, in the fastest way possible, contact the Aaxon Laundry Systems Service Team.
The web-based dispatching system, in combination with GPS tracking technology, allows Aaxon's service team to efficiently dispatch all service requests.
There are 4 ways to contact the service team.

The following are the monthly maintenance fees
EFFECTIVE April 1, 2023
- 1 Bedroom Unit - $389/month
- 2 Bedroom Unit - $440/month
For those with auto pay, please remember to update your monthly payment amount.
WIND MITIGATION REPORTS & INSURANCE INFORMATION
Wind mitigation inspection reports (Standard form, OIR-B1-1802 (or form 1802) may be viewed or downloaded for all buildings.

A Voting Certificate must be on file to vote, a Census Form is required for all residents.

VISITOR REGISTRATION
Visitors who will stay at your Condo in your absence must complete a:
Owners may log in to the website and access additional HOA forms, minutes, financials and private community information.
WEBSITE LOG IN REQUEST
If you are an Owner and need a user name and password to Log In to the website or if you have tried unsuccessfully to Log In, complete a request and we will contact you promptly.
ATTENTION HIGH POINT CRAFTERS
We're looking for High Point residents who may be interested in CRAFTS!
Section 3 has had a very active group of crafters who made jewelry, crocheted, knitted, painted, etc. Our items were made just for fun or were sold at our craft fair which earned money for the social club.
Our group has not been active since COVID but we'd like to restart next January.

VISITOR REGISTRATION
For safety and security reasons, Unit Owners allowing Visitor(s) to occupy their unit while the Unit Owner is NOT present must submit a Visitor Registration Form to the Association Office. (Visitors of 30 days of less are considered Temporary occupants)
RENTING YOUR UNIT
Any Unit Owner wishing to rent their Unit must submit a signed Notification of Intent To Rent form (30 days before the estimated occupancy date) to the Association Office and obtain a Landlord Permit from the City of Delray Beach to begin the rental process.
