ANNUAL MEETING & ELECTION - 2nd NOTICE

The Second Notice of the Annual Meeting & Election was mailed to all Owners. The mailing included candidate information, ballot and voting instructions.
 
The ANNUAL MEETING & ELECTION will be held at the Clubhouse on
Tuesday, February 7, 2023 at 10am

If you did not receive the mailed Notice, please contact the Association Office immediately.
 
Owners who plan to vote MUST HAVE a Voting Certificate on file or your vote cannot be counted.

VOTING CERTIFICATES & CENSUS FORMS

A Voting Certificate must be on file to vote in the upcoming election on February 7.  If you enter a ballot and a certificate is not on file, your vote cannot be counted.
 
A Census Form is required for all residents and must be kept on file at the Association Office.
 
We have checked all records and compiled a list of Units that are missing the required forms.  Please click here to check the list - if your unit number is listed, we are missing one or both of your forms.  The list will also be available to review at the Clubhouse (bulletin board).
 
You may download the form(s) needed (links below)  Please complete, sign and return form(s) to the Association Office.  Forms will also be available at the Clubhouse.

HOA PROPERTY INSURANCE - UPDATE

From the Board of Directors,
 
We continue to work on the Property Insurance pricing as we approach our renewal in May.   At this time, we continue in the process.  It is anticipated that there will be an increase and it will result in another insurance assessment this year (2023-2024).
 
The insurance increase was discussed in the General Meeting on December 15 (click here for minutes) and will be discussed further in the January 7 General Meeting.  We encourage all owners to attend.
 
We will continue to keep you updated with any further information as it becomes available.

Many High Point residents are confronted by phone calls, emails, and mail that may be potential scams or fraud schemes.

Any changes must be approved BEFORE proceeding.

VISITOR REGISTRATION
For safety and security reasons, Unit Owners allowing Visitor(s) to occupy their unit while the Unit Owner is NOT present must submit a Visitor Registration Form to the Association Office.  (Visitors of 30 days of less are considered Temporary occupants)

RENTING YOUR UNIT
Any Unit Owner wishing to rent their Unit must submit a signed Notification of Intent To Rent form (30 days before the estimated occupancy date) to the Association Office and obtain a Landlord Permit from the City of Delray Beach to begin the rental process.
