Our Community

Our active community enjoys the ease of Florida living!  Located 3 miles from the Atlantic Ocean and 2 miles from "downtown" Delray Beach we enjoy convenient access to the beach and the benefits of the many parks and venues in Palm Beach County.  High Point Section 3 is a 55+ community.

Our community has 62 buildings and 1 clubhouse. Each building has 2- one bedroom and 2- two bedroom units with a total of 248 units set on 33 acres. The Community is one of seven sections, built in 1972.

Our Clubhouse, the center of activity, has been newly renovated with a beautiful pool and patio area, a billiards area, a small library of books contributed by members, bocce court, cornhole court, and shuffleboard courts.  Barbecue facilities are also available.  (Amenities)
