SPECIAL ASSESSMENT PAYMENT

On May 25, 2022, the Board of Directors voted and passed a Special Assessment of $415 per unit to cover an additional $102,907 of insurance costs that exceeded the 2022-2023 budget estimate of $265,176 (Meeting Minutes). A Meeting Notice and Letter was posted and mailed to Owners on May 11. View all details here.
The Special Assessment of $415 per unit must be paid by July 25. If you have not paid your assessment, send payment immediately. Payments must be made by check payable to High Point Section 3. Please send a separate check for the Special Assessment - do not combine your Assessment payment with your monthly maintenance.
Payments received after July 25 will incur a $25 late fee.
